Dr. Armin Kloss and Christina Kloss Visit Our Facility

ncehIn January, Dr. Armin Kloss and his wife, Christina Kloss, spent two weeks at our facility, marking their fourth visit. Over the course of their stay, Dr. Kloss carried out numerous cataract and other eye surgeries, conducted outpatient consultations, and provided hands-on training for staff in key areas of clinical ophthalmology, including laser procedures, gonioscopy, and optical coherence tomography (OCT).
Dr. Kloss has also made significant contributions to our clinical capacity through the donation of essential equipment, including an OCT machine and a cautery machine, both of which continue to support improved diagnosis and surgical care.
Beyond clinical work, Christina Kloss has maintained long-term support for education in the community through her involvement with Future Generations, a local school she has supported for several years. Their visit was partially supported by the Rotary Club of Germany.
The continued commitment of Dr. Armin Kloss and Christina Kloss has played an important role in strengthening eye care services and supporting education in Tamale. Their ongoing partnership is greatly valued, and we look forward to future visits and continued collaboration.
