As part of our ongoing commitment to staff development and service excellence, we were privileged to host Martha Anabila today for a highly engaging and insightful session on Customer Service, Growth and Development, Temperament, and Team Building.
The interactive session provided our staff with practical tools and fresh perspectives on how to improve service delivery, understand different personality types, and work together more effectively as a unified team. Through real-life examples and thought-provoking discussions, our facilitator emphasized the importance of communication, empathy, and teamwork in achieving both personal and organizational success.
